1. WHAT DO I WEAR

Wear something comfortable such as active wear, leggings, trackpants or shorts (anything you can swing your legs in) a T-shirt and some running shoes (we train in shoes unlike some other martial arts)

2. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 10 - 15 mins prior to the class commencing.

4.  IS THERE PARKING?

YES.  We have parking onsite both around the front of our entrance as well as in front of Repco and Mansfield Motors are all part of our parking.  

5.  COVID SAFETY

Due to recent unprecedented pandemic we currently are a certified COVID SAFE MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL.  Please ensure if you are having flu like symptoms please do not attend class and get tested.  We have COVID SAFE procedures in place to ensure that you and everyone at the venue are as safe as per the government regulations.
